Conferences, weddings and other events continue to be held, but with new safety precautions in place. When you partner with HighLife MD, we take care of disinfecting, testing and monitoring so you can focus on the quality of your events, including:

On-Site Health-Safety Officer

Health and safety of a set will ultimately be determined by practicing a “closed” control environment. This means that event staff and the vendors servicing them adhere to strict protocols. Our specialized officers are trained in use of our proprietary health clearance app for access verification as well as health and safety equipment such as no contact laser temperature thermometers.

Rapid Front-End Covid-19 Testing

We’ve partnered with a highly respected CDC approved tests to provide Rapid Covid-19 testing. Before the start of your event, our healthcare providers will assist in on site rapid testing, temperature checks, risk assessment questionnaires to respond to any potential threats and provide a safe environment.

Disinfectant & Sanitation Crews

Our Sanitation Crews are specifically trained for venue disinfection. This service includes disinfecting frequently touched surfaces such as dressing or prep rooms, equipment, food/drinks and craft services, bathrooms and transportation.

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)

We have sourced and procured PPE to meet the needs of your production such as:

  • Masks and face shields
  • Medical grade gloves
  • Hands-free hand sanitizer stations
  • No-touch disposal receptacles
  • EPA-approved cleaners and disinfectants
  • Non-corrosive equipment wipes
  • Hand wipes
  • Ultraviolet sterilization lights

On-site Health-Safety Supervisors

Finally, you can count on our health-safety supervisors, who are available from prep to the close of your event to ensure your staff has a comprehensive strategy and tools to help prevent exposure. The specialist will assess risk and develop a case by case plan based on a number of factors such as event size to determine potential exposure and prevention.
